All editing is done using the most current version of Lightroom Classic via the Adobe Cloud. Please make sure to keep your own version up to date as to not create any issues when sending over galleries. I am unable to work with stand alone copies of Lightroom Classic.
Please send galleries in good time, usually within 3-6 weeks of when the gallery needs delivering to the client. This is to avoid stress on both sides, but please get in touch if you need a rush on any services. A fee may occur for any rush services.
Please allow 48 hours on receipt of any gallery changes for me to edit. This does not include weekends.
Once you have fully approved your edit you will receive an invoice and no further amendments will be made.
None of your work will be used for marketing without your consent.
I will be your sole editor at all times.
Should at any time you wish to cancel your editing services with me, please inform me in writing so I can remove your information and presets from my system.
Presets can be sent over along with your gallery. These will be kept on my system and only used for your editing projects. I will not make any changes to your presets other than basic adjustments for lighting and colour control.
Once an edit is sent back to you, please download within 7 days. I cannot guarantee I will still have your files on my system and you may be liable to any fees for a re-edit.
